Nucleareurope joins PKEE Energy Day 2023

On 19 September 2023, nucleareurope Director General Yves Desbazeille was invited to participate in the PKEE Energy Day 2023 in Brussels. This event focused on the technologies which will be needed in order to achieve climate neutrality.  As part of this discussion, there was clear consensus that technology neutrality will need to be maintained in the energy transformation process. 

During his intervention, Yves highlighted the role which nuclear can play in achieving net zero by 2050.  He very much supported the need for technology neutrality in the decision-making process.
